All the products sold on our website are manufactured and labeled in the netherlands in accordance with european standards. We strongly advise you to read the labels and all information provided, such as nutritional information, ingredients and allergen information, both on the product packaging, accompanying leaflet and the relevant product page on this website. You use our products at your own risk. In case of any serious health issues, when under medical supervision, or when pregnant or lactating, please contact your health practitioner before taking the (any) supplements.

6. Orders & cancellation
You can purchase liberty life essentials products via our website or authorized resellers. When you purchase our products via our website we will make every possible effort to process your order as soon as possible. Upon placing your order via this website, you will be sent an automatic summary of purchase. Please retain this for your records.
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to contact@liberty.nl as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee that we will be in the position to cancel your order before dispatch. In case the product is already dispatched, please refer to our returns, refunds & complaints section below.
7. Payment
Our website uses the shopify payments payment systems for all payments via the shopify portal. You can choose your preferred payment option without any additional costs. Payment will be debited from your account at the point at which your order is placed and approved by you. Please note that all credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not authorize the payment to lle supplements b.v., we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been received by us.
8. Delivery
Orders placed before 12 am are sent within 48 hours provided that the products are in stock. The estimated delivery time to most of europe is 2-3 working days (99%) but may take up to 7 working days (1%).
Shipment costs are calculated upon checkout. We will deliver to the address as you enter it in the check-out step, so please be vigilant when entering your delivery address details as we will not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address or other details are incorrect.
9. Returns & refunds
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good. If you have taken out a membership, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the conclusion of the agreement (entering into the membership). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example by post or e-mail) with your name, street, house number, postal code and place and e-mail address. We advise you to inform us of the revocation by e-mail.
Due to dutch laws and regulations, we are only allowed to take back unopened supplements. Our jars and pouches are sealed for several reasons. We will therefore only process your return when we receive the product(s) in original condition, fully including packaging (with the exception of the shipping box). Goods may be returned via your personal online portal. We strongly recommend that you ask for a postage receipt from the post office with a tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Upon proper receipt of your return and when it is in its original condition, you will be refunded the full (paid) price of the goods. Lle supplements b.v. is not liable for the shipment cost of the return shipment and will therefore not reimburse you for this cost. Returns are normally processed within 7 working days from the time the returned product(s) reach(es) us. Once the refund has been processed, you will be refunded the full price of the products within 5-21 business days (please note that refund terms are dictated by the card issuers and are beyond our control). Lle supplements b.v. reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. Legal title to the merchandise will pass to us immediately when we refund you a payment for the merchandise.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products that were not purchased on our websites. You will have to contact the original place of purchase, as when you choose to purchase through other retailers you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.
10. Monthly subscription
When you choose a monthly subscription of our products you will receive the chosen product or bundle every 30 days. The first order will be shipped as a normal order, following by a 30 day interval. The payment for you subscription is automatically deducted from the specified card in your account before dispatch of each monthly order.
Cancellation or change of your subscription is possible at any time. You can cancel it in your personal account on this website. Your subscription will continue until terminated or paused by you. Changes and cancellation of the subscriptions can be done up to at least 5 working days before the next delivery, or the order will be seen as approved and will be shipped.
Unless stated otherwise on the discount offer, discount codes will apply to the first order of a subscription only. From the second order onwards, the specified card will be charged as per the product price stated on this website.
11. Governing law & jurisdictions
Any legal claims or disputes relating to this website shall be governed by the law of the netherlands.
